Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyers remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the problem
  • clear photos of the item 

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
